RaceTagger is an AI-powered service platform that provides automated analysis and identification of race participants in uploaded photographs. We serve as a technology platform connecting photographers, event organizers, and participants.
2. Service Platform and User Responsibilities

RaceTagger operates as a service platform. We provide technology tools and infrastructure, but we do not directly control the content uploaded by users. Photographers and event organizers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions for all uploaded content.
2.2 User Obligations
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service only for legitimate race photography purposes
3. Content Policy and Upload Guidelines
3.1 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on our platform:

5. Service Availability and Performance
5.1 Availability

5.2 AI Analysis Accuracy
While our AI technology is sophisticated, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in participant identification. Users should verify results as needed.
